IF YOUR ARE NOT ENENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE’RE HERE TO HELP.


RETURN
YOU HAVE 7 CALENDAR DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED IT. (IF ITEM WAS WRONG MODEL DELIVER, PLS CHECK BEFOR YOU UNSEAL).
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, YOU ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKINGING AND IN SEAL.
YOUR ITEM NEEDS TO HAVE THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.


RETURN/REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOU ITEM, WE WILL INSPECT IT AND NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFI YOU ON THE STATUS OF YOUR EXCHANGE AFTER INSPECTING THE ITEM.
IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, WE WILL INITIATE A EXCHANGE TO YOU. “GOODS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE” BASE ON THE INVOICE T&C.

  • ALL PRE-ORDER/ORDER ITEM PAYMENT (IF) CANCEL/REFUND WILL BE AUTO CREDITED TO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT IN OUR SYSTEMS WITH THE TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE.
  • PRE-ORDER/ORDER ITEM (IF) REQUESTED CANCEL/REFUND TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IT WILL BE DEDUCTED 25% ON THE TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE FOR PROCESSING TRANSECTION FEE.
  • ANY ITEM HAVING WRONG MODEL PURCHASE AND OPENED ONLY ALLOW FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE. (WILL BE DEDUCTED 30% TOTAL AMOUNT OF INVOICE)
  • FOR YOUR OWN CREDITED ACCOUNT BALANCE WILL ONLY DEDUCTED EVERY TIME WHEN MAKE ORDER/PURCHASE WITH ANY PRODUCT ON OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE AT (www.ects.com.my).


SHIPPING
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A EXCHANGE, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PREVIOUS INVOICE AMOUNT “ADD-ON PAYMENT IF NEEDED”.
